Changing the Alternate Text for the Store Logo

Overview:

To explain where you can change the alernate text that displays when your logo image is not available.

Alternate Text Update

System / Configuration / General - Design
Select System (horizontal top menu) / Configuration .
  1. From the General section, choose the Design tab.
  2. Open the Header panel.
  3. Enter descriptive text in the Logo Image Alt field . This text displays in your storefront as the alternate text for your logo image.
  4. Save your changes.
