Minimum Requirements for NCR Retail Online

In order to effortlessly integrate your NCR Counterpoint data with NCR Retail Online (NRO) you must meet the requirements below. If your version of NCR Counterpoint or Operating System is unsupported, contact your Administrator or Counterpoint Business Partner to upgrade.

To utilize the Integration Agent (IA) with NRO you must have:

  • NCR Counterpoint version 8.3.8 and above
  • Microsoft.Net 4.0x Framework - If you don’t currently have .Net 4.0, the IA will install it
  • SQL Server 2005 or higher
  • Meet NCR Counterpoint minimum requirements:
