Manage Customers - This option allows you to add and edit certain fields in each customer's record.

Customer Groups - This option will display the Customer Category information from the NCR Counterpoint customer record and allow you to assign NRO Tax Classes to each category (group).

Online Customers - This option shows you every customer who is currently viewing your site. If they are visitors with no account or not logged in, they will be labeled as guests.  Visitors who have logged into your site will have their name displayed on this screen, and you will be able to link to their account from their name.
