Overview:
To explain how to set the default country for your store.
Default Country Setting
System / Configuration / General-General
Select
System
(horizontal top menu)
/ Configuration.
Go to the
General
section, and then click on the
General
tab.
Expand the
Countries Options
panel.
Select your
default country
, and specify all
countries
you
ship to
. If your default country is the only country you ship to, select it in the
Allow Countries
field.
Save
your changes.
TIP:
To select or deselect multiple countries, hold down the Ctrl (Control) key while left-clicking the countries.
