Solution:

NRO only supports .gif, and .jpg for item and category images. You can use .swf images in the content areas of your pages (Home Page, Company Info Pages, etc.), but not for item images.

However, if you know the HTML coding to insert an .swf file, you could add this coding to the long description of an item and have the .swf file display along with the long description.

*NOTE: Apple web browsing devices do not support flash. Additionally, for a shopper to see your flash, they must have Adobe Flashplayer installed on their computers. Finally, flash files tend to be heavy, and take a long time to load on a web page.
