Purpose:
To explain how disable the WYSIWYG Editor by default in the NRO Admin Panel. Useful for website developers who prefer to paste code from other sources or edit the HTML code manually.
Solution:
Select
System
(horizontal top menu) /
Configuration.
Go to the
General
section, and then click on the
Content Management
tab.
Expand the
WYSIWYG Options
panel.
In the
Enable WYSIWYG Editor
field, choose when you want the WYSIWYG editor to display:
- Enabled by Default (you can still optionally switch to code view when editing)
- Disabled by Default (you can still optionally switch to WYSIWYG view when editing)
- Disabled Completely
Save your changes.
