1.  When you first click on the insert/edit image icon to insert an image, it opens the image editor to add an image.

When you click on the browse button, the insert/edit image window loses focus and drops behind the other windows. Look on your taskbar at the bottom for the Insert/Edit Image tab. Click on the tab to open it back up. Fill out the information about the image and click Insert and the image will appear.

Once your image appears in the editor window you can continue your design, or save your changes.
