Purpose:
To explain how to resolve the NCR Counterpoint error, "Error: This selection is invalid unless using ecommerce."
Solution:
Ecommerce needs to be enabled. In NCR Counterpoint, this setting can be found by navigating to
Setup
/
Ecommerce
/
Control
. On the Main tab, check the box next to the Use Ecommerce option. Save changes by clicking the blue floppy disk in the menu. Additionally, view the "Setting up the Ecommerce Control File" training video.
