Google Analytics e-commerce reporting can track sales activity and performance. The e-commerce reports shows a site's transactions, revenue, and many other commerce-related metrics.
Setting up Analytics
First you will need to set up an account with Google Analytics. If you already have a Google email or feed account, you can use that to add your Analytics service to it. Have all your Google services tied to one account will give you much more visibility to the information you need. You can log in or set up a new Google Analytics account

Once you have signed up for an account, Google will assign you an account number. IT will usually be in the format of UA-xxxxxxxxx-xx. Copy this number as you will need it in your NRO admin panel.

In your NRO admin panel browse to System > Configuration > Sales-Google API.

Open the Google Analytics tab.

Change the enabled field to Yes

Paste in your account number and save.
Data will now start moving to your Analytics account.
