NCR Retail Online makes use of an Enhanced Product Grid that allows you to show or hide various columns to provide more information about the items on your site. One of these columns is the Thumbnails column. You can sort by this column to show all of the products that are missing images. Once you have the list you can export it out to a CSV file.

Solution:

To add the Thumbnails column to the product grid:

Using the NRO Admin Panel, browse to System / Configuration .
Under the NCR Retail Online section click on Enhanced Product Grid
In the Column Options area, hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and select each of the columns to display. (note that this list is not in alphabetical order):



Be sure to include the Thumbnails column:



After all of the needed columns are added, click Save Config at the top right.

Once the product grid selections are completed browse to Catalog / Manage Products and click on the Thumbnails column header to sort the list by that column:



To filter out Disabled items or Alternate Unit Items that do not generally need an image, you can use the Visibility column filter to show only items that are part of Catalog and/or Search and the Status filter for disabled items.



Use the View drop-down at the top and select 200 to show more rows per page:



This will display 200 rows per page with items that have no image first. The export option at the top of the form can be used to export this data out to a CSV file so that it can be arranged or sorted in whatever way meets your needs:
