TIP: If the tax rates in any Province changes, you only need to find the rate here and change it. The new rate will automatically be updated in your rules.

WARNING : G st-Province tax rates are set here if a particular Province is set to only tax for General Sales Tax. The GST Only Products tax rate is used to seperate products that are sold in an area, for example, that uses Harmonized Sales Tax, but some products can only be taxed on GST such as Ontario, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
We recommend not removing or skipping an tax rules whether they currently apply to you or not. These rules are layed out so if the rates or rule regulations change in your Province, these rules will accomodate most scenarios.
