Summary:
To explain what it means to have an order in the Payment Review status.
Solution:
Payment Review orders are created as a result of a general communication problem. Typically the issue is between the customer's browser and the NCR Secure Pay servers. Generally it happens when the customer's internet connection is too slow or dropped, while attempting to submit their order. It could also mean there is a general communication error between NRO and NCR Secure Pay.
Payment Review orders do not export to Counterpoint. There is no payment associated with these orders. The order creates in the admin panel so that you may attempt to contact the customer and complete the sale. If you do contact the customer and they want to complete the sale, you will need to either manually enter the order in Counterpoint or cancel the order in the Admin Panel and ask the customer to enter it again.
