How can I change the page title for my category pages without actually changing the label that shows up on the navigation?

Purpose:

To explain how to change the page title for  category pages without actually changing the label that shows up on the navigation?
Solution:
  1. Select Catalog (horizontal top menu) / Manage Categories.
  2. [select the category]
  3. General Information tab
  4. Page Title field.
  5. Save your changes.
