Purpose:

To explain how to allow customers to sign up for newsletters.

Solution:
When you are using the Celebrity theme, the Newsletter signup form is available at the bottom of every page in your store.

It is important to note, however, that the built-in Newsletter functionality (the functionality that is included with Magento Community version) does not connect or interface with any third-party email marketing solutions.  It is a stand-alone solution only.
