The sales rep is not getting commission for the online sale.

Purpose:
To explain how to attribute an online sale to a specific Counterpoint sales rep.
Solution:

CounterPoint– Setup / Ecommerce / Control / Customers tab
  • From the Customers menu, confirm field 3 reads, Record affiliate as None.
  • From the Orders menu, confirm "Record affiliate as" reads, Sales rep.
