Using a third-party tool to add an online submission form for your site

Purpose:
To explain the options for using a third-party tool to add a submission form to your website. NRO includes a built-in Contact Us form for shoppers to send you comments and questions about your site. But if you need to create an additional form for your site, there are many third-party options available.
Once you have the snippet of code provided by the form submission tool you select, you would then paste the code into a CMS page in the NRO Admin Panel under CMS / Pages .
Option 1 - Formstack :
Plans start at under $20/mo for 5 forms: http://www.formstack.com/pricing . Formstack offers you a way to easily create nice-looking forms online with no development experience, and then embed those forms in a CMS page by just pasting in a Javascript snippet. You have options for what to do when the form is submitted (e.g. you can save the submissions in Formstack's database so you have a full history of all submissions there, plus email the submitted data to appropriate places, etc.)
Option 2 - Wufoo :
Another option is Wufoo. They have a free tier, but this tier includes advertising on the submission page ( http://www.wufoo.com/signup/ ) .
