Error: You must either check Unlimited checks or fill in a value for Max check amt

Purpose:
To explain how to resolve the Counterpoint import error, "Error: You must either check Unlimited checks or fill in a value for Max check amt."
Solution:

Check that the default ecommerce customer ( Setup / Ecommerce / Control / Template Customer ) is set to unlimited checks.

Identify the default customer being used in the brick and mortar store workgroup Setup / System / Workstations > Template Customer

Ensure that customer has the Unlimited Checks checked, too.
