Purpose:
This article will help you find the Ecommerce Directory in NCR Counterpoint. The Ecommerce Directory is the place where order files are dropped off, as well as the place where NCR Counterpoint places the Ecommerce Publish files.
Solution:
In NCR Counterpoint, go to Setup / Ecommerce / Control. On the main tab of the Ecommerce Control file is a hyperlink labeled "Ecommerce Directory."
TIP:
Create a shortcut icon on your computer's desktop to be able to quickly and easily access your Ecommerce directory. While inside the Ecommerce Directory (CPOnline) folder, move up one directory level. The easiest way to do this is to click your cursor behind the word, CPOnline, in the Address bar. Then backspace over the word CPOnline until you get to the backslash. Hit enter. Now you can see the folder named CPOnline. Right click on that folder, and select Send To > Desktop (create shortcut) from the shortcut menu.
