How can I remove a gridded item color/size combination that has been discontinued?

Purpose:

To explain how to hide a grid cell option.

Solution:

Setting certain grids cells to inactive is possible in NCR Counterpoint. To do this, in NCR Counterpoint, you must "unstock" the grid cell option you do not wish to sell online. Please note that if you are publishing quantities (Setup > Ecommerce > Control > Items tab > Qty Available setting) from across all locations, the grid option will need to be unstocked in all Counterpoint locations.

Upon publishing this new information to NCR Retail Online, the grid combination will be present in the admin panel, but will be in a disabled state.
