Purpose:

To instruct how to make the Company Name print on the various Counterpoint documents.

Solution:

In CounterPoint, forms control the placement of information on various Counterpoint documents Counterpoint documents include Picking Tickets, Invoices and Receipts.  It's not unusual that the default Counterpoint forms aren't configured to print the Company name field that was indicated in the Order Header of ecommerce orders.

If a company name has been indicated in the order header, then it will be found in the Contact - 1 field in CounterPoint. To make Company Name appear on the various Counterpoint forms, merchants should ask their dealers to map the Contact -1 field into their existing Counterpoint forms.  Other important pieces of order information, such as phone number, should be verified, too.
