NCR Counterpoint: Marking items active for ecommerce

Purpose:
To explain how to mark NCR Counterpoint items active for ecommerce, in bulk.
Solution:

This is the easiest way to mark inventory items active for Ecommerce:

  1. Open the SQL Script Utility (installed with NCR Counterpoint)
  2. Select your company database in the dropdown
  3. Copy the script below and paste that into the Script pane of the utility.
  4. Click the Execute button (the "lightning-bolt" button)

This script will mark all items active: 
 update IM_ITEM set IS_ECOMM_ITEM = 'Y' go
Follow the WHERE pattern below to specify which items should be marked active: 
 update IM_ITEM set IS_ECOMM_ITEM = 'Y' where ITEM_NO = '100301' OR ITEM_NO = '100302' OR ITEM_NO = '100303' go
Other commands:

Turn on shipping for specified items: ECOMM_CHRG_FRT = 'Y'
